What is it?
A gentle, yet powerful, body-based approach to restoring balance in your nervous system. We begin with Somatic Experiencing — a trauma-informed method that helps you tune into the sensations, emotions, and energy in your body in a safe, supported way. From there, we move into nurturing Hands-on Healing — calming touch that supports deep rest, release, and integration.

​Somatic Experiencing Therapy was developed by psychologist Peter Levine PhD, in the 1970s. The aim of Somatic Experiencing is to enable the nervous system to bring itself back into regulation. We focus on the 'felt sense' rather than the stories of the mind, using the session to release pent-up energy and acknowledge emotional stress which has become trapped (often unconsciously) within the body.

Hands-on Healing is a gentle, intuitive practice that uses safe, nurturing touch to support the body’s natural ability to rest, release, and restore. It’s a non-invasive way to support overall wellbeing by creating conditions for the nervous system to settle and the body to re-balance itself. Clients often report feeling deeply relaxed, emotionally lighter, more clear, and reconnected to their inner guidance. You don't need to do anything, just receive.

This work is not about fixing - you're not broken. It's about bringing presence and love to what is already within you — so that healing may unfold in alignment with your body's natural intelligence, helping you feel more spacious, embodied & rooted in self-trust.
