Light of Spirit

Exhibited at our live event RESONANCE: In the Presence of Light & Sound, Sat 7th December 2024. They represent the presence of Spirit that (I believe) is always there—ethereal, abstract, reality—bright with freedom's natural energy.

These images arrived in a state of flow after a meditation practice, which I was very grateful for. Our event was born out of them. Eddie selected various piano accompaniments to the images & videos, and each was introduced with a short meditation & guiding concept (something to help still the mind).

 

Taking these images, I felt as though I was a conduit for spirit, and the more "Talor" (my thinking, controlling, egocentric sense of self) could get out of the way and not try to control the outcome, the more beautiful the images became. The light appeared to present various forms of figures which I find very captivating. It was an exercise in letting go, flowing, & allowing myself to be a channel for these images to come forth.
